Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled or refunded if the item is not yet in production or not been prepared. We reserves the right to impose a RM5/S$5 processing fee for all cancellations due to change in decision.
- Strictly no refund or cancellation allowed once the custom items are processed as they are made specially for you.
- We are strictly not responsible for delays caused by courier service. No refunds or cancellation can be made as we have no control over the delivery times and handling by courier service.
- Replacement or repair can only be given if item arrives is:
- in bad condition i.e: torn;
- the wrong item i.e: different than what was ordered
- You are responsible for the shipping fee of sending the item back for replacement or repair.
- If an item is damaged or missing during shipping, we will be responsible to replace the same item. In the event an item is not available or cannot be reproduced, we will replace an item with similar value or a partial/full refund.
- Any damages or mistakes must be flagged to us within 48 hours upon successful delivery.
- Refund to local banks will be made within 7 working days and refund to credit card / Paypal will take 7-14 working days.
